1. No problems with signs 1,2,3,5 For sign 4: Overall sign: lower base (2'), max height of sign (5') 2. Stone or brick should encase base of sign 3. Omit future tenant space on proposed sign because of the inherent nature of the outparcel building. Committee think additional signage on CubeSmart sign to be superfluous. 4. Mr. Davenport will investigate if there is a current landscaping plan for the island location that will house the CubeSmart sign. If not Lou Belknap will work to propose a landscaped area which will be circulated to the committee. |
